…and a happy new year!

Sunday, December 28th, 2008

Well, time for a new year, huh? It’s been a rough one, here. Lost one of my best friends in Bermuda to Pancreatic Cancer. Charles Simons. One of the most adventurous individuals I’ve ever met in my life. I had the pleasure of spending some time with him a few months ago and I tell you….he got me on a motorcycle, had me going around corners speeding, hiking….all kinds of shit that I wouldn’t normally do. We met at Seton Hall University. I majored in Criminal Justice. Charles majored in “foot”ball. That’s what they call Soccer. Dude never went to class and was so polite in his Bermudian/English accent that I really didn’t know he had been there for like 7 years! Anyway, he loved life and I loved Charles.

RIP Charles….tell G-d about the crazy crap we did and see if he loses his breath laughing as we did!

Anyway….Charles would want me to move on and tell all of you to always visit my blahs I mean BLOGS as you never know what I’ll come out with to make you shake your head.

Right now I know I’ve got to pack up and leave New York City and that’s a really hard thing to do but I’ll tell you this, when your teeth hurt from the cold, you will bring your ass back to LA in a fetal heartbeat!

Check me out on New Year’s Eve at the Laugh Factory and stay tuned!

Love you all!
